The First Room Matters

The faster route is straight to the motel pool area, not the marker the mission tries to sell you.
What To Do At The Motel
The motel section is where most of the time save happens. Fly in low over the pool, lock onto the suited enemies gathered around the area, and clear them with homing missiles. Don't overthink the angle. A couple of quick passes are usually enough, and staying on the bike keeps you out of trouble. After the first group is gone, hover or land near the stairs by the pool and wait for the main gangster to appear. When he spawns, take him out at once. That kill pushes the mission into its collection phase.
Quick Checklist For Faster Runs

- Skip the opening scene and kill the office gangster immediately.
- Fly to the motel instead of following the blue circle.
- Use missiles to wipe the pool enemies, then watch the stairs.

Those three green dots are close by, so hop off and dig at each spot. The items look like hidden bottles, and the mission ends the moment the third one is collected. That's the beauty of this farm: no delivery drive, no long escape, no cooldown screen killing the rhythm. Hit replay from the voting screen and you're back in.
