U4GM MLB The Show 26: Where to Find Cityscapes Cards
Cityscapes has made Diamond Dynasty feel less like a single checklist and more like a route planner. You can grind missions, chase packs, work Mini Seasons, or buy missing pieces with MLB The Show 26 stubs when the market makes more sense than another long session.
What Is the Cityscapes System in Diamond Dynasty
The Cityscapes Series arrived on May 1, 2026, with its own program, collection, packs, Mini Seasons rewards, Diamond Quest cards, an exchange, and a Chase card.
It focuses on city-linked teams like the Astros, Cardinals, Orioles, Brewers, Braves, Twins, Cubs, and White Sox. You're not stuck in one mode, which is the whole point.
1. Program Path for Free Progress
This route fits players who'd rather play than gamble on packs. It's steady, clean, and gives five direct Cityscapes cards.
The main rewards look like this.
• 20 points gives 90 OVR J.R. Richard.
• 40 points gives 90 OVR Willie McGee.
• 60 points gives 91 OVR Rollie Fingers.
• 80 points gives 91 OVR Brian Dozier.
• 100 points gives 92 OVR Ian Happ.
Moments can give 25 points, so don't skip them. Stack team PXP with hits, runs, innings, strikeouts, and total bases to avoid wasting games.
2. Collection Path for Big Names
This is where the real chase starts. Clay Buchholz is useful, but Jimmy Rollins and Mickey Mantle are the cards most players are eyeing.
The collection milestones are simple.
• 12 Cityscapes cards unlock 92 OVR Clay Buchholz.
• 24 Cityscapes cards unlock 93 OVR Jimmy Rollins.
• 30 Cityscapes cards unlock 93 OVR Mickey Mantle.
Program cards alone won't get you there. You need cards from packs, Chase, Diamond Quest, Mini Seasons, Conquest, the exchange, and other sources.
3. Pack, Chase, and Market Cards
This branch is for players who want speed. It's also where stubs can disappear fast if you're careless.
Watch these card groups first.
• Aroldis Chapman is the Chase 8 Pack prize and sits at 94 OVR.
• Jacob Misiorowski and Felix Bautista are premium Cityscapes Pack arms.
• Max Muncy, Sammy Sosa, Barry Larkin, Curtis Granderson, Don Baylor, Hunter Brown, and J.T. Realmuto help fill collection gaps.
• Dave Parker and Michael Young come through Diamond Quest.
The cheaper 91 OVR pack cards may be smarter buys than chasing Chapman right away. Check live prices before locking anything into the collection.
4. Mini Seasons, Exchange, and 3rd Inning Value
This route rewards players who like task chains. It's slower, but it can save stubs and build progress across programs.
Key planning notes matter here.
• Mini Seasons starts with relief or closing pitcher strikeouts for Wander Franco.
• Franco saves lead into Ian Kinsler.
• Kinsler extra-base hits lead into Jim Edmonds.
• Edgar Martinez requires heavy Mini Seasons PXP.
• Robin Yount comes from an 82+ OVR exchange.
Be careful with Yount timing. If you completed the exchange before the 3rd Inning mission appeared, that later XP may not count.
Which Cityscapes Route Should You Choose
Grind the Program if you're low on stubs, push Mini Seasons if you want structured cards, buy cheap pack pieces if you're close to Mantle, and check the MLB The Show 26 marketplace before paying premium prices for cards that may drop after more packs enter circulation.Cityscapes in MLB The Show 26 has everyone chasing Rollins, Mantle, Chapman, and those sneaky XP paths.
